Over a yummy bite to eat with Sarah and hours or catching up on where life has taken us, I was left buzzing with energy and the compulsive urge to organise a cycle your heart out day in London, so I did!

Cycle your heart out
A combination of family and friends from all ages, there were 8 of us in total. Lisa, Heather, Debbie, Charlotte, Heather, Mirela, Lucy, Hayley, and myself. We were so blessed as the sun came out for us and it was the first sunny day in a long time. We laughed, we huffed and puffed and admired the natural beauty with the deers. We devoured our lunch outside of the stunning Pembroke House before setting off to complete our ride. Everyone had so much fun and are all looking forward to the next event to Cycle our hearts out more :-) thank you Sarah.
