Sarah’s workshop gave me the chance to reflect on my thoughts and experiences lately. I got the chance to relax, both body and mind and get in touch with my inner self. The bike meditation was very interesting and made me realise that I need to work on my impulsiveness and take things more calm and slow. The map drawing brought together some of the most meaningful places that I've seen in Barcelona so far, and the road between each stop is fairly new which gives me an opportunity to keep exploring.
