Hi, I'm Sarah the Heartful Cyclist,
Mental Health First Aider® and author of the mindful poetry book & podcast 'Cycle Your Heart Out'.
I've been creating heart-shaped bicycle routes around the world since 2011 to inspire you to ride home, to your true self. Heartful cycling saved me from a life of anxiety and fear, and led me down a path of peace that I'd once only dreamed of.

What is Heartful Cycling?Being a Heartful Cyclist is about feeling empowered to cycle a heart-route, embrace the present moment, and follow your own path. It's about listening to your heart with deep compassion, allowing your love to spin out on to all those around you, for a more peaceful, loving world.
