- Each day we'll travel to a different location in our minds, and learn a new breath practice.
- We'll discover how conscious breathing can help to balance our nervous system, reduce anxiety and stress, and empower us to trust our heart with deep compassion.
- I created these 7 meditations so you can repeat them weekly, because the more you practice, the more your inner wheels of energy will spin, helping you to keep your balance as you ride your way through life.
- To make sure you stay alongside me, I'll be sending you an email each day to help keep you motivated!
