Follow Your Heart On the 18th February Sean Conway will set off from London to attempt to break the world record for cycling solo and unsupported around the world in less than 100 days! He is also aiming to raise £100,000 for Solar Aid - a charity investing in solar power for schools in Africa. I was delighted to welcome Sean to Milton Keynes for a heart shaped Breeze bike ride to raise awareness for his adventure! Cycle your heart out... around the world!
