Follow Your Heart I decided to cycle a heart route in Norfolk with my friend Ryan to help spread the love to those impacted by the recent drought in eastern Africa.
Location Norfolk, Wells-next-the-Sea
Heart Route 8.8km mostly flat
Cycle Your Heart Out The route took us through beautiful fields & forests and into Holkham, which has one on the longest and most stunning beaches I've ever seen in England. The film Shakespeare in Love was also famously filmed there. Spread the love If you would like to create your own heart route and cycle your heart out for a cause you care about, click here to see my tips.

Follow Your Heart I decided to celebrate my first public heart route with a fundraise on my 27th Birthday! To find out why I started Cycle Your Heart Out visit my about page here.
Location Milton Keynes, a city known for its great cycle paths.
Heart Route A flat 8km route, all off-road
Cycle Your Heart Out Highlights:
Meeting at the Peace Pagoda we took a lovely relaxed ride around Willen Lake and onto Ouzel river. We then cycled back in time passed the famous golden dinosaur in Peartree Bridge, and onto a nice gentle incline for great views of the city at Campbell Park. It was then downhill all the way back to Willen Lake where we enjoyed some celebratory birthday drinks!
Spread the Love I chose to raise money for Re-Cycle (Bicycle Aid for Africa) a fantastic UK charity that collect second hand bikes and parts and ships them to Africa where partners teach local people how to repair and maintain them.
The day was a huge success, 26 people and 1 dog took part! Thank you so much to everyone that came along and cycled their hearts out! Big thanks also to Melissa Sutcliffe for taking such beautiful photos of the day.
For the last decade I've been travelling the world creating heart shaped bicycle routes, poetry and art. I’m so glad you found me, I hope my routes inspire you to live life more heartfully on top of two wheels, so that you too can travel inwards, and follow your heart.
