What a fantastic year it has been! Since launching Cycle Your Heart Out it June this year, there have been 10 CHYO rides!!

 UK
-The Launch attracted 27 people in Milton Keynes & raised an amazing £280 for Re-cycle (Bicycle Aid for Africa)
- The Norfolk ride helped raise awareness for the terrible drought that had struck East Africa. 
-Love Life highlighted the beauty of art in Wolverton and Haversham!
-The Midnight Peace Ride helped to raise awareness for Peace One Day's annual day of peace!                                                        
- The Buckingham cycle was Jordan from Milton Keynes 2nd CYHO ride! After wanting to perfect the heart shape of the Italian CYHO his friend Brendan wanted in on the fun!
-Cycle Your Heart Out this Christmas was the first ride for Breeze in Milton Keynes, and had kind donations towards the goodie bags from Lush, Peace One Day, Arena, Chaineys Cycles, Crafts to Inspire, Daniel De Waal and Cotton Craft! 
- In December CYHO made it into the MK News!

GERMANY
-The Frankfurt ride celebrated Simon and Katrin's engagement!
-In Munich we cycled a heart around the highlights of the city!

ITALY

-Biker Boys Ryan and Jordan completed a fantastic ride around stunning Tuscany in Italy!

AUSTRALIA!

- Elvis Torresdal in Australia recently completed a fantastic heart ride around Perth,  check back here in the NEW YEAR for full details of his epic ride!

Sketch Your Heart Out is a collection of sketches from my travels across Australia, Asia and Europe. 

I started painting and sketching back in March 2010 in Hobart, Tasmania thanks to my lovely french friend Elodie....and I haven't stopped since!

Arena recently took park in the 'Cycle Your Heart Out Christmas ride' and was the creator of the lovely bicycle Charm bracelets in the goodie bags!

Arena has been studying dance since she was 6 years old and is a fully trained Belly dancing teacher. She currently performs every week at Shiraz in Milton Keynes

I recently returned from beautiful Bruges in Belgium. Often compared to Venice due to its canals and cobbled street, this cosy city is a true paradise for all chocolate, waffle, beer and cycle lovers! Walking along the narrow streets you almost feel like you've stepped back in time as you try and dodge the many horse and carriages!

A huge thank you to all the lovely ladies that braved the cold in yesterdays Christmas Breeze ride! Despite the cold weather the sun shone brightly and a great time was had by all. The tasty hot chocolate and mince pies to finish certainly where well and truly deserved!

Also just found out it is the Red Bull racing day on Saturday. The race starts at 2pm in central Milton Keynes, so if you like fast cars and men in tight outfits, then why not come along & rock up on your festive bicycle ;-) 

I traveled around Bali and the Gili Islands last August and just fell in love with the people, the culture and the sheer natural beauty of the place.

Ubud for it amazing cycle routes, culture and mischievous monkeys....
Seminyak & Kuta for its awesome surfing & nightlife.....
Sanur for peace, tranquility and painting....
and Padang Padang for its stunning secluded sunset spot.....

Not forgetting the hypnotising scent of the Frangipani flower that thankfully litters the streets.
