To celebrate and support the Big Draw, Cycle Your Heart Out are encouraging everyone to pick up their bike, cycle a heart-shaped route and draw their favourite picture along the way. You can draw it by hopping off your bike, or by taking a photo and drawing it later, whatever works easier for you! To help get you started we have made the Milton Keynes & London heart-routes available for you to download and try out yourself! October may be over but you can stil send in your photos and stories!

It was great to meet lots of Breeze champions and chat to all the women who had came along to enjoy the ride. 17/9/2012 0 Comments The CYHO Get Involved video is up!13/9/2012 0 Comments Brother bonding in TuscanyCongratulations to brothers Ryan & Jordan Cox from Milton Keynes for their fantastic efforts at completing a heart shape cycle around beautiful Italy! Their journey took them 30.59 miles through stunning Tuscany, covering huge hills reaching as high as 425 metres!

18/7/2012 0 Comments Around the world in 149 days!Congratulations to Sean Conway for finshing his ambitious feat of cycling around the world! Despite being knocked off his bike by a truck in America, he has made it back to London in an amazing149 days with an estimated total distance of 14,584 miles! It was less than 160 days ago also that he joined us in Milton Keynes for a CYHO ride, if you fancy doing the route yourself check it out here!
12/6/2012 0 Comments Let's get the summer started!Hey Everyone, So, some of you may have noticed that I've not been that active for the last month, that's because I've been cycling my heart out in beautiful Croatia, and taking some time to prepare for the exciting summer ahead in the world of CYHO! This is whats coming up.... On the 24th June it's the Big Breeze Bike ride in East London around the Olympic stadium! We also have a special edition in Biker Girls and Biker Boys featuring SKY star's Jason Kenny and Alex Dowsett!
