Come Celebrate Cycle Your Heart Out's 6th Birthday

Come for a picnic & celebrate Cycle Your Heart Out’s 6th Birthday in Barcelona!

We'll be meeting Sunday 25th June in Ciutadella Park at 5pm. I’ll be helping everyone to draw their own heart shaped bicycle route, with prizes to be won! Bring a plate or drink from your country and enjoy an evening of unity. Together let's start a ripple effect and create a more heartful loving world.

Don't worry if you don’t live in Barcelona, this event is global! Create and share your own heart route by using the hashtag #cyhoworld

Heartful night at Hubdot

Last week I was delighted to speak at my first Hub Dot event in Barcelona called 'Believe in and Live your Passion'. It was also my first ever public appearance talking about Cycle Your Heart Out!

Hub Dot is a community for women to be inspired and connect through storytelling. Held at the Arteria, Barcelona's newest and most beautiful artistic space, 16 inspirational storytellers took to the stage to share their passion.

It was heart warming to hear so many beautiful stories and get to connect with so many interesting ladies!

I want to say a BIG thanks for everyone's support by sharing one of my mini Barcelona Heart Routes below for you to try! This is one of my favorite routes to do at sunrise to help me start my day heartfully and full of gratitude, I hope you like it ;)
