Spreading love in Barcelonas bike cafes!

Want to help inspire people to follow their hearts?  Great ;-) 

I'm over the moon that my 5 part video guide is complete! "5 Steps how to create your own heart shaped bicycle route" is now all up on YouTube, & is being watched world wide! Now comes the fun part...

Spreading the word to ensure that people get to watch the 5 steps, follow their hearts, & enjoy a more fulfilling meaningful life. I've created a catchy little poster to pop up so that people can just scan the QR code & be taken straight to watch the 5 part video guide.

So as I love to cycle & enjoy good cup of tea & cake, I thought exploring Barcelona's bike cafes would be a great place to spread the love.
