I've been creating heart-shaped bicycle routes since 2011 to inspire you to ride inwards, and follow your heart.
In 2009 my heart led me to cycle and sketch my adventures around Australia, Indonesia, and England. It was while searching for something new to paint on other than canvas and paper that the idea for Cycle Your Heart Out was first planted in my heart.
