On Sunday 8th March I will be teaming up with my good friend Miriam to spread the love on International Women’s day with a heart shaped bicycle route in Barcelona! Miriam from Granada, Spain is a masseuse and yoga teacher and has been living in Barcelona for 8 years. After finding out about my heart-shaped bicycle route she decided it would be the perfect way to spread the love and celebrate international women's day! Inspired by her "Happy Person" event a few months ago, she will be giving out free massage vouchers to a few lucky women who she spots working along the heart shaped route. "I want to say thanks and be thankful to all the working women who are bringing happiness to others with a simple smile". I think it's a beautiful idea and am looking forward to joining Miriam on the day. If you´re in Barcelona you can view the MAP & VIDEO here and have fun trying it out yourself! Come back in 2 weeks to view the photos from the day and watch my exclusive interview with Miriam. If you are thinking of cycling your hearts out for International women's day anywhere in the world I would LOVE to hear from you. Please leave a comment below this blog post. BONUS, If your in the UK and fancy a nice cycle ride you can also visit the Fab Breeze site to find a ride near you.
Cycle your hearts out and I'll speak you soon. Lots of love,

Susan Jeffers: The Little Book of Confidence
Elizabeth Gilbert: Eat Pray Love Anthony Robbins: Awaken the Giant Within Susan Jeffers: Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway Sean Conway: World Cycling Stripped Bare Karen Salmansohn: The Bounce Back Book Dr Chris Johnstone & Miriam Akhtar: The Happiness Training Plan (Audio CD) Robin Sharma: The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari Gabrille Bernstein: May Cause Miracles Susan Jeffers: Feel the Fear and Beyond 23/2/2015 0 Comments Pedal Power!I´m always thinking of new ways that I can inspire people to jump back on their saddles, so I thought it would be nice to share with you all my new photo gallery ´Pedal Power´! I have teamed together some of my all time favourite inspiring quotes with my photography and art to help give you that extra boost when it come to cycling your heart out! 2/1/2015 1 Comment Fill your pagesWe will open the book, it's pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called opportunity, and it's first chapter is New Year's Day! Wishing you all an unforgettable 2015 full of love. Sarah The Island is 11 km long, 4.5 km at its widest point with a great 24km cycle path around the Island.
The staff at the bike hire said it would take around 2.5 hours to go around the island at a nice pace. However the amount of beautiful beaches along they way made it almost impossible not to jump off every 5 minutes! 19/12/2014 0 Comments Darwin, Northern Territory AustraliaCycling around Darwin in Australia back in 2010 was a truly unforgettable experience.
One of mine and my sisters favourite hobbies was to collect the fallen frangipanis from the grass and decorate our bikes and hair with them. The hypnotising scent would then follow us along our whole journey until our sunset snooze on Mindel Beach. Beautiful words of wisdom from inspiring author Karen Salmansohn.
11/7/2014 0 Comments Happy 3rd Birthday!Three years after creating Cycle Your Heart it has been lovely to stop and reflect on all that's been achieved! Thank you so much to everyone that has supported my dream and to all those that have got involved on the bike heart action. Hello everyone, after reflecting on the year with a close friend , one common theme kept arising... to make lots of mistakes, learn from them and not live in fear..
A couple days later my friend sent me this text by Author Neil Gaiman, I loved it so much I just had to share it with you all! To help inspire you further I've teamed the text together with a photograph I took back in the summer in Barcelona! Having not ridden a bike for a long time and feeling like she had forgotten how, this photo captures the moment Esther let go of fear... made a mistake....and learnt from it.... whoooooosshhhh! So as Neil Gaiman says "whatever it is you're scared of doing, DO IT.. make your mistakes, next year and forever!" Happy 2014, Love Sarah xx

Here's how it went... Over a yummy bite to eat with sarah at Jamie Oliver's and hours or catching up on where life has taken us, I was left buzzing with energy and the compulsive urge to organise a cycle your heart out day in London, so I did! A combination of family and friends from all ages, there was 8 of us in total. Lisa, Heather, Debbie, Charlotte, Heather, Mirela, Lucy, Hayley, and myself. We were so blessed as the sun came out for us and was the first sunny day in a long time. We laughed, we huffed and puffed and admired the natural beauty with the deers. We devoured our lunch outside of the stunning Pembroke House before setting off to complete our ride. Everyone had so much fun and are all looking forward to the next event to Cycle our hearts out more :-) thank you Sarah. Beautiful story Justine thanks so much for sharing with us! I hope you enjoyed reading this article, have you ever thought about cycling your heart out for something you're passionate about? If so I would LOVE to hear from you! The start of the new year is a perfect time to de-clutter, clear your mind, and prepare yourself for all the new year's resolutions you have made...especially if one of those resolutions was to cycle more!
So why not pick up some bags, and fill them with all the things you don't use anymore. Load up your saddle bags, and cycle it all down to your local charity shop. To make it more fun you can get your friends and street involved, and if you can't fit all your stuff in your panniers bags at once, then doing a few trips will also be a great way to burn off those extra Christmas holiday pounds! Having always been a little bit of a clutter-holic, a friend of mine recommended this fun website to me a while ago called Fly Lady, check out her link here which offers you some great de-cluttering tips! Me and my sister decided to donate all our clutter to our local Willen Hospice charity shop in Milton Keynes. If you would also like to donate there click here for the address Happy de-cluttering! 31/12/2012 0 Comments New Year, New You!

Deborah Ellis from Milton Keynes decided to mark the begining of her new adventure to Peru with an inspiring ride.... What motivated you into cycling your heart out? My passion for yoga led to a chance meeting where I found out about Cycle Your Heart Out and cycling for a purpose. I decided to cycle a heart route as a thank you to Milton Keynes for being the starting point for my jorney to Peru, and to learn to live life with loving intentions. I hope my trip will be blessed, so I can explore the music, the landscape, relax, write poetry and hopefully fall in love… Please tell us about the route I had cycled Blue Bridge to Furzton over summer with my parents and had really come to love the redways, and a growing appreciation for Milton Keynes. So after finding the route on Cycle Your Heart Out from a previous Furzton lake heart route, I thought it would be a perfect little route to cycle. Thanks for sharing your lovely story and photos Deborah, wishing you all the best of luck for your trip to Peru. Check out one of her beautifull poems below. These lines are from her poem entitled "sometimes"
"When we can open-hearted show that you are me and with love know the longing, aching search will drop and judgment, hatred, hurt will stop And through all time compassion flow tenderness and kindness grow 'til past and future merge to now only this moment anyhow Freedom found to live with ease no more actions seek to please for sometime is too far away better just to seize the day!"
