​What is Heartful Cycling?

Heartful Cycling guides you to create heart-shaped routes, both on a map and within, to reconnect with your true self. It's about slowing down, finding balance, and returning home to your heart. 

Each journey becomes a moving meditation, a reflection of your inner world. Through mindful breathing, journaling and gentle visualisation, you follow your own unique heart map, one that's filled with compassion, creativity and deep connection.

Who's this journey for?

It's for anyone seeking more calm, balance and clarity through presence and self-compassion, instead of pushing or performance. It's for people who are learning to trust their inner rhythm more deeply, deep feelers and quiet dreamers who maybe give so much to others and are ready to reconnect with themselves. 

​Is this an online journey only?

Yes, it's completely self-paced and online, so you can begin wherever you are in the world. Some people like to join the energy of the community by starting every Monday with me and Maya, while others move through at their own pace. 

Do I need to cycle my heart route?

No, it's optional, you don't need a bike or to even cycle your route. You can walk, run, or simply just imagine your heart-route. Heartful Cycling is about the journey within. The aim is to reconnect with your breath, your creativity, your heart, and follow your own rhythm.

How big does my heart route need to be?

It can be as small or as long as you with. What matters is the intention behind it, not the distance, but the meaning. Every heart route carries it's own unique mark.

​What happens after I complete the 7 day journey?

The good news is, the path of the heart has no finish line. Each time you return, you'll meet a calmer, clearer version of yourself. Repeat this 7 day journey whenever you need to find your balance again. Your heart will always be here, waiting to guide you home. You can also share you journey reflections and heart maps to inspire others. Every story helps to grow a more heartful, connected world.

I created this 7 day journey during a time when I was longing for deeper connection and heart-centred community. Maya, my dog became my anchor, keeping me grounded and present as I found a slower, more intentional path. Through riding heart-shaped routes I felt inspired to create a space to help you to expand your compassion, and connect more deeply with life, and your heart.  ​
