Sarah Bayaidah is the founder of Cycle Your Heart Out. Since 2011, she has been creating heart-shaped bicycle routes around the world. Together with her dog Maya, Sarah guides others to become Heartful Cyclists through her online journey, a practice that helps people return to their breath, restore balance and ride home to their true self. She is also an author, poet, and meditation guide, and has created over 56 heart routes worldwide. |
