To celebrate 13 years of Cycle Your Heart Out, and the launch of the 'World Heart Relay' I organised an intimate heartful picnic. I held it at the Peace Pagoda in Milton Keynes, England as it's along the 1st ever heart-route I made back in 2011.
The World Heart Relay is a movement I'd been planning to start for years, but logistics used to always stop me. Thankfully a podcast episode from 200 yrs in the future, enable me to take action!... My heart is full after leading a workshop at Back to the Roots Festival. A beautiful grassroot conscious festival at the Croft Farm Escape.
Massive thank you to all those who came! It was pure joy to empower everyone to create their own heart-shaped route around Milton Keynes. I also led everyone on my Heartful Ride meditation to help them to connect to their heart's, and listen to their inner voice. After living in Barcelona for 10 yrs, I feel so grateful to have come back and found such a wonderful community. Thanks so much also to Estella at @consciousbuddy, Mark and Darren Brady from the Croft Farm for making it possible.
