Heartful Cycling Workshop at Back To The Roots Festival

My heart is full after leading a workshop at Back to the Roots Festival. A beautiful grassroot conscious festival at the Croft Farm Escape.

Massive thank you to all those who came! It was pure joy to empower everyone to create their own heart-shaped route around Milton Keynes. I also led everyone on my Heartful Ride meditation to help them to connect to their heart's, and listen to their inner voice.

After living in Barcelona for 10 yrs, I feel so grateful to have come back and found such a wonderful community.
