The World Heart Relay 2024!

To celebrate 13 years of Cycle Your Heart Out, and the launch of the 'World Heart Relay' I organised an intimate heartful picnic. I held it at the Peace Pagoda in Milton Keynes, England as it's along the 1st ever heart-route I made back in 2011.

​The World Heart Relay is a movement I'd been planning to start for years, but logistics used to always stop me. Thankfully a podcast episode from 200 yrs in the future, enable me to take action!...

We meditated and practiced heart coherence breathing to open our hearts and expand our compassion towards ourselves and others. We then picked oracle cards and shared stories to help reflect what was on our hearts.

Afterwards we went to the lovely Canal St Coffee in Campbell park to warm up with a hot drink and birthday cake while making our heart-shaped bicycle routes. To help remind us to follow our hearts, we then created our own tote bags! It was so unbelievably soul nourishing, and the perfect way to celebrate. So grateful to have such beautiful people in my life.

I plan to do the 'World Heart Relay' every year to inspire others to become a Heartful Cyclist, and create a more peaceful, loving world.
