13 Years of Heartful Cycling!

To celebrate 13 years of Cycle Your Heart Out (and my 40th) I organised an intimate heartful circle picnic with close friends. I held it at the Peace Pagoda in Milton Keynes, England as it's along the 1st ever heart-route I made back in 2011...

We meditated and practiced heart coherence breathing to open our hearts and expand our compassion towards ourselves and others. We then picked oracle cards and shared stories to help reflect what was on our hearts.

Afterwards we went to the lovely Canal St Coffee in Campbell park to warm up with a hot drink and birthday cake while making our heart-routes. To help remind us to follow our hearts, we then created our own tote bags! 

It was so unbelievably soul nourishing, and the perfect way to celebrate. So grateful to have such beautiful people in my life.

I can't wait to organise more of these heartful picnics around the world, and help others to become Heartful Cyclists too!
