I invite you on a personal journey with me this year called Goal Your Heart Out!

Year after year I normally write one liner resolutions, which are forgotten about by spring! I'm sure like me some of you have found yourself in a similar spot. After failing the same goal year after year (to learn Spanish) I decided to spend 2016 learning and reading the best ways to follow through on goals, and how to be super productive! As I love inspiring people to follow their hearts, I'm super happy to share with you this gift.

Based on the well known SMART goals, I´ve added my own unique twist to it & created ‘Goal Your Heart Out’.  A cute poster which takes you on a easy to follow bike trip to reach your goal. Simply print it out, fill it in, and stick it on your wall so it greets you in the face every morning!
