Hey Everyone,

So, some of you may have noticed that I've not been that active for the last month, that's because I've been cycling my heart out in beautiful Croatia, and taking some time to prepare for the exciting summer ahead in the world of CYHO! This is whats coming up....

On the 24th June it's the Big Breeze Bike ride in East London around the Olympic stadium! We also have a special edition in Biker Girls and Biker Boys featuring SKY star's Jason Kenny and Alex Dowsett! If your thinking about booking yourself a cycling holiday this year, check out The Beauty of Croatia to see why it's a cycling paradise. Finally, on July 2nd we're celebrating CYHO's 1st Birthday with a huge bike cake fest, stay tuned to find out more!

New Year New You Breeze ride kicks off 2012 with a BANG!

Congratulations to all the MK ladies that took part in the first CYHO Breeze ride for 2012!! The 'New Year New You' ride celebrated the start of 2012 with a bang! To help kick the year off fortune cookies did the rounds, my favourite cookie fortune was ''Hope is like food, you will starve without it"

A Huge BOOM BOX thank you!

A huge thank you to all the lovely ladies that braved the cold in yesterdays Christmas Breeze ride! Despite the cold weather the sun shone brightly and a great time was had by all. The tasty hot chocolate and mince pies to finish certainly where well and truly deserved!

Winslow.... Lake to Cake!

I just completed my first ride for Breeze with fellow Breeze leader Karen Atkins!

Starting at Furzton lake in Milton Keynes we followed route 51 all the way to Winslow! Before heading back we stopped off for some delicious cake at Jenni Wren's tea room.

Cycle Your Heart Out for Breeze!

In July this this year a friend of mine recommended this fantastic cycle network ran by British Cycling called Breeze! The Breeze network is all about fun, relaxed local bike rides for women,
by women!

Although cycling is growing in popularity in the UK, the numbers of women riding bikes is actually shrinking. At the moment three times more men than women ride bikes! The Breeze
'Closing the Cycling Gap' campaign is all about creating new opportunities for more women to enjoy the fun and freedom of riding a bike. Breeze is the single biggest programme ever to get more women into riding bikes for fun. Their aim is to help thousands of women feel confident and comfortable about going on a ride.

Last month I attended the British Cycling Breeze Champion training course in Coventry and am looking forward to launching my 1st Breeze heart cycle in Milton Keynes very soon!
