I recently retured from beautiful Germany, and have fallen in love with the cycling that Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin have to offer! 

I did my 1st international CYHO in Frankurt to celebrate by brothers engagement to his beautiful German girlfirend.  We hired our bikes in town with an awesome bicycle company called 'Next Bike' and headed over the Eiserner Steg. Our route took us on a wonderful 17mile heart cycle allong the river passed Steinheim into Seligenstadt, which is one of Germanys oldest towns!  Click here for more!

My 2nd CYHO was in stunning Munich, the route took me and my Munich friend Thomas on a nice easy heart loop around the city checking out all the major attractions such as the Marienplatz square, Townhall, Frauenkirche & the Konigsplatz square! Click here for more! 

What do you do with only 6 hours in Berlin?? I cycled past the river through east Berlin to the an amazing art event called the Stroke Art Affair. Apparently during the last decade, no other german art-show has been able to compete with the event regarding growth and media interest. I was very impressed with the high level creativity, particularly the graffiti art. I also managed to find time to interview two lovely guys working at the event, check back here soon to for the interview with Andre & Yaun from 'Ricepipes' in Biker Boys!

I'm off to Germany today to promote Cycle Your Heart Out!
